Wapato Irrigation Project

The mission of Wapato Irrigation Project is to fulfill the government’s responsibilities to our customers, either directly or through self-determination partnerships. The Wapato Irrigation Project is responsible to promote economic opportunities and public safety through the sound management of the irrigation project on the Yakama Reservation. The Wapato Irrigation Project approaches all tasks with a ‘can-do’ attitude, encouraging modern business practices and innovative business techniques to meet the ever-changing needs of our stakeholders.
